Adjacent to the living room, you have the dining area and kitchen. The open-concept kitchen has new cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and new quartz countertops. The primary bedroom, with new furnishings including a king-size bed, has it's own ensuite with shower while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and uses the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower. But, it doesn’t stop there! Downstairs in the private back yard, there is a covered outdoor seating area, TV, a brand-new BBQ grill and ping pong table.
