The Condos

As you are checking out the four condos that make up the Bayview Inn, you’ll notice a few things. First off, each one is unique from the others. While the same general building plan was used, the interior design is unique for each. This ensures that you’ll have a selection of styles to choose from to ensure you’re picking the condo that speaks most to you. No matter which you choose, you’ll find that each one hosts a spacious floor plan that ensures at no point do you feel cramped or wishing for more room. Further, you’ll find that all four of the condos are only a few minutes walk from the beaches and the soft, warm sands that many come to experience. Further, you’ll find that the location is ideal for those who are also looking to enjoy some of the nightlife the Island has to offer. Only being a few minutes’ walk from the various eateries and bars in the area, you can truly live it up and then walk home without any worry of finding a designated driver.

You’ll further find that we are all locals here and aware of the various things to do and see around the Island. We can help put together the perfect itinerary that will have you seeing the very best that our area has to offer. We do everything we can to go above and beyond what might be typically expected of a rental company. For instance, we understand that after a day of heavy travel, when you finally arrive at your new condo, the last thing you’ll want to do is hop back in the car and go grocery shopping to stock your new Bayview Inn rental. For that reason, if you give us prior notice, we are more than happy to do the shopping for you and ensure that upon your arrival, the home is already filled with all your favorite snacks and ingredients.

Exploring the Island

There are many different ways on can enjoy their time on the Island. There is the plethora of different sandy beaches that thousands come from all over the world to enjoy. For instance, one could head on over to Manatee Public Beach which features 7 acres for you to explore and enjoy. You’ll also find a volleyball pit for that classic beach going fun, as well as a bike rack for those who might be stopping by while they explore the Island. There is also Bean Point Beach, which is far more secluded, though for this reason a tad hard to find, which offers a secluded and quiet time for the introverts or those who might like some time away from the noise and the crowds. You’ll even find that the beach hosts some of the most breath-taking sunsets you can find in the area, and which makes the area perfect for the couple seeking a quiet and intimate place to enjoy the others company. You could also head to the nearby Bridge Street if one is looking to enjoy the shops and restaurant of the area. You’ll find some of the best of the best that the community has to offer scattered about. You’ll further find that live music is often offered for those who might enjoy letting loose and enjoying the tunes of the local musicians. Personally, we have a few restaurant favorites that are great for breakfast, lunch, or dinnertime! If you are in the mood for early morning breakfast before you head to the beach for a 6 a.m. swim or to grab a nice spot on the sand, we love heading to Peach's Restaurant. This down-home and casual breakfast spot is located right on the main street on the inlet, making it the perfect stop-over before you check out Manatee Public Beach or the local shops. We recommend getting one of the specialties, such as the Peach’s Ultimate Breakfast bowl with home fries, grilled onions, chilis chicken tenders, sausage gravy, and cheese. Or you can try something sweet, like the Very Berry French Toast with your choice of bananas, strawberries, whipped cream, or pure maple syrup. For lunchtime, head to The Feast Restaurant to enjoy a casual American food, featuring seafood, fresh vegetables and fruits, and mouth-watering steaks. Located in the Island Shopping Center, this yummy eatery is great for any time of the day. We recommend trying the coconut shrimp as an appetizer to split with the table, or mozzarella wedges to split with your pals. For a main dish, try one of their signature salads, like the Anna Maria field with avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, goat cheese, and Hazelnut vinaigrette. If you are out and about for dinnertime, there are plenty of places to choose from — however, we recommend checking out The Waterfront Restaurant on Anna Maria Island in Florida. This seafood-heavy establishment offers a full beer bar, wine bar, and outdoor seating by the beach. You can come here to have a casual lunch and easygoing meal with your pals. Try the large assortment of freshly caught fish and local produce to feel good about your nutrition while on vacation! We recommend trying the Kung Pao Calamari with onion and feta, Steamer Bowl with clams or mussels, or baked brie with honey and toasted almonds to share with the table. As a main dish, the shrimp and grits with chorizo and roasted red peppers is a hit! Or we love the frutti di mare with freshly caught fish from the ocean, like the diver scallops, garlic, clams, olive oil, mussels, and shrimp in a nice broth. There is no better way to end the day than with seafood and a glass of white wine sitting by the water! We love the laid-back atmosphere of this restaurant, fresh seafood, and good vibes that can help you de-stress and relax. Further, one could simply just grab a real and cast a line from the pier as you enjoy the sounds of the coast and the light bustle of happy tourists bounding from shop to shop.
