What started out as a vacation for our family expanded to thousands of vacations for many families. Just a year after visiting Anna Maria Island for the first time, we bought our first vacation rental here in 2002. She kept reeling us in 6 times a year, and we moved here for good in 2011. How could we not leave the rainy days in the UK for the sunny skies on Anna Maria Island? We founded SeaBreeze Vacation with the belief that everyone deserves to enjoy a slice of paradise. Our commitment to hospitality and treating others like family led us to running approximately 100 properties today while our dedicated staff maintains a high attention to detail. We’re always working to provide the best vacation experience for guests and the highest level of care and return for our property owners.

We have moved into a 3,100 square foot facility in the heart of Anna Maria Island on Holmes Beach to better serve both guests and owners.

With our grocery pre-stocking services, you come to a home ready with refreshments after your travels. Need a crib, high chair, or pack n’ play and would like to save luggage space? We provide them at an additional fee and will have them waiting for you upon arrival. If you’d like to enjoy an evening with your honey, we have licensed babysitting services available on speed dial.
